Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box White Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup Oil (Heat)
- 1 small pkg Instant Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, or White Chocolate Pudding
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Rum
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Water
- 6 oz Milk Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
Icing
- 1 box (3.5 cups) Confection Sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 stick of Butter or Margarine
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Cooking Directions
Cake
Mix all ingredients, except Chocolate Morsels and Pecans. Fold in Morsels and Pecans. (To keep these Morsels from being in one place, dust them with part of your dry mix.) Pour into a 2-inch Tube Pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes before putting it on the plate.
Icing
Mix all ingredients. Pour over cooked cake.
